“ Was craving Korean food after visiting Charles Classic Cakes. This hidden restaurant was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. I always order spicy rice cakes (ddoboki) whenever I go to Korean restaurants. We ordered three dishes - spicy rice cakes, spicy tofu soup (soontofu), and rice with pan fried beef (bulgolgi). As with any Korean restaurant, they had complimentary side dishes. I particularly enjoyed the potato, fish cake, and green bean ones. The spicy rice cake was super satisfying and the sauce was perfect. Do eat it first though as rice cakes tend to harden if left for a while. The other two dishes reminded me of home cooked meals my Korean friend's mom used to make. Definitely check it out if you want a non-pretentious meal. ”
